Warm room, nice accommodation and affable staff. Nice building and rooms with a nice view. A lot of good food. Favourable and unbeatable location, excellent area. Nice pool, parking onsite. The early check-in.

Check-in went relatively smoothly despite a few hiccups.
I encountered multiple issues with the room. First, the TV remote didn't work, and despite notifying the clerk, nothing was done. It took two trips just to get a fitted sheet. The clerk seemed inexperienced and had to search for the right items. The cleanliness of the room also left much to be desired.

Housekeeping needs to step up!!! A dead bird near the hotel isn't exactly a cute sight!!! The bathroom cleanliness could be improved, and the pool not working was a huge disappointment. Fix those AC units promptly!!!

The warm southern charm of the lobby instantly welcomed me with fine woodwork and a gorgeous chandelier. I felt right at home with the beds that were completely new and super comfortable! The helpful receptionist patiently answered all of my questions.
